I wanted to take the time to thank everyone at Bogner Pools. I’m sure you know installing a pool is a big investment and the choice for an installing contractor are many here in Southern California. We had a few other salesmen come by when we started, to get quotes for our pool, the first one felt like I was at a used car lot, could hardly wait for him to leave, the second one was a more main stream well advertised brand. It took a couple of days for them to come up with a price but hard to contact. My wife and I are both native Southern California natives, and we saved Bogner as our last sales call. Within an hour we were signing papers with you to do our pool. It was the best decision we made. Thru the whole process everyone at Bogner Pools and all of the Sub contractors were top of the line! Any questions we had or change orders we wanted to make were all handled quickly with one call.

Now here is the best part; It is the after the purchase service that you get from everyone that was involved with building the pool. Here is where from what I heard from other people that had pools built is where Bogner excels, no issue is too small or too big. Once again one call or an email starts the ball moving. As you know we had a few small issues and one larger issue with our deck. Joe came out looked at it, made a recommendation to wait until swim season is over, and make the repair. Here again talking to friends that had installed pools, the general consensuses was good luck getting it done and it will never happen is what we heard. Not only did it happen as planned, but the sub contractor was just as friendly and courteous as before, when he left you would have never have known he was there. The repair is flawless.
